The porcini croquettes are very creamy inside and crunchy on the outside which is what makes delicious result. The main ingredient is the best type of mushroom (boletus edulis).
Our bechamel is made with natural top quality products. An artisanal production of flour, milk and butter that makes the base of the product, that's our secret.
Ingredients:
Creamy whole cow's MILK. WHEAT Flour (14.5%). BUTTER (13.5%). Mash of boletus (11%). Boletus edulis (10,6%). Onion. Sugar. BREADCRUMBS (wheat flour, water, salt and yeast). Batter dough (contain: WHEAT flour, GLUTEN starch, salt and thickener [E-464]). Salt. Cracker (WHEAT flour, water, olive oil, salt and raising agent (E-450i, E-500ii)).
Frozen product. May contain traces of: FISH, CRUSTACEANS, SHELLFISH, CELERY, SOYA and MUSTARD.
Allergens and food intolerances:
Cereals with gluten, lactose, porcini. May contain traces of fish, crustaceans and seafood.
Our homemade porcini croquettes are NOT suitable for celiacs, as they contain wheat flour. At the same time, we would like to inform that they do NOT contain egg.
Conservation:
They can be stored up to one year in the freezer.
They come in a special freezer bag, as they are sent frozen -18 °C.
Once defrosted, consume within 2-3 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Straight from the freezer
Take the croquettes out of the freezer.
Put plenty of oil in a deep fryer or frying pan and heat the oil (180 °C) until it’s browned (2-3 minutes).
Take the croquettes out from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.
Defrost 30 minutes before
Take the croquettes out of the freezer 30 minutes before frying.
