This plant-based croquette is intended for people who can eat animal protein but prefer to eat more vegetable protein.

Ingredients:
Vegetable rice drink. Pumpkin. Wheat flour (gluten). Vegetable fat. sunflower oil salt spices Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, olive oil, yeast, raising agent: E450i, E-500ii). batter (wheat flour, wheat starch, salt and thickener E-464).
Frozen product.

Cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of: FISH, CELERY, SOYA, MUSTARD, CRUSTACEANS and SHELLFISH.
Our homemade pumpkin curry croquettes are NOT suitable for celiacs, as they contain wheat flour. At the same time, we would like to inform that they do NOT contain egg.
Conservation:
They can be stored up to one year in the freezer.
They come in a special freezer bag, as they are sent frozen -18 °C.
Once defrosted, consume within 2-3 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Straight from the freezer
Take the croquettes out of the freezer.
Put plenty of oil in a deep fryer or frying pan and heat the oil (180 °C) until it’s browned (2-3 minutes).
Take the croquettes out from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.
Defrost 30 minutes before
Take the croquettes out of the freezer 30 minutes before frying.
Put plenty of oil in a deep fryer or frying pan and heat the oil (180 °C) until it’s browned (1-2 minutes).
