We are spanish vegetable chorizo croquettes producers for food companies in other countries.
This is a plant-based croquettes (100% vegetables).
100% natural flavour. We use the best ingredients: Vegetable sausage alternative chorizo sausage, Vegetable rice drink, no artificial flavourings and handmade. Our Croquettes are distributed in freezer boxes.
The not chorizo croquettes are very creamy inside and crunchy on the outside which is what makes delicious result. One of the traditional spanish food.
This plant-based croquette is intended for people who can eat animal protein but prefer to eat more vegetable protein.
It has a much higher number of amino acids and is healthier for the human body.

Ingredients:
Vegetable rice drink. Vegetable sausage alternative chorizo 20% (water, soy protein, extra virgin olive oil, vegetable fibres, coconut oil, gluten, salt, stabilisers, methylcellulose, paprika DOP vera, flavourings, wheat starch, vegetable concentrate, preservative (sodium acetate), acidity regulator (sodium citrate)). Vegan wrapper: stabiliser (sodium alginate), gelling agent (konjac, guar gum), stabiliser (vegetable glycerine), vegetable oil. Wheat flour (gluten). Vegetable fat. onion sunflower oil spice mix salt Breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, salt, olive oil, yeast, raising agent: E450i, E-500ii). batter (wheat flour, wheat starch, salt and thickener E-464).
Frozen product.

Cereals with GLUTEN. May contain traces of: FISH, CELERY, SOYA, MUSTARD, CRUSTACEANS and SHELLFISH.
Our homemade not chorizo croquettes are NOT suitable for celiacs, as they contain wheat flour. At the same time, we would like to inform that they do NOT contain egg.
Conservation:
They can be stored up to one year in the freezer.
They come in a special freezer bag, as they are sent frozen -18 °C.
Once defrosted, consume within 2-3 days. Do not refreeze after defrosting.

Straight from the freezer
Take the croquettes out of the freezer.
Put plenty of oil in a deep fryer or frying pan and heat the oil (180 °C) until it’s browned (2-3 minutes).
Take the croquettes out from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.
Defrost 30 minutes before
Take the croquettes out of the freezer 30 minutes before frying.
Put plenty of oil in a deep fryer or frying pan and heat the oil (180 °C) until it’s browned (1-2 minutes).
